Hi,

When URL defined in configuration_url is unreachable, the cron
job running
/opt/perfsonar_ps/mesh_config/bin/generate_configuration
will wipe out all test schedules created by previous mesh config.

Is it possible to add a test to see if URL is available before
loading the config?
