Hi Lixin,
In your /opt/perfsonar_ps/mesh_config/etc/agent_configuration.conf in the
<mesh? block you can set "required 0" and it will quietly move on if the mesh
is unavailable. Example:
<mesh>
configuration_url http://mesh.esample.org/mesh_config.json
required 0
</mesh>
