It may have been something as simple as a PCI ID for newer cards not being
recognized by the default driver, but I can tell you with absolute certainty,
the connectx 3 didn't work out of the box. But... like I said, building it
was easy.

(I'd give more specific details, but the server in question isn't online
right now.)
