Yes, I think we share the same issue. Thrulay shows more consistent results, but it's not really the root of my question. The scope of my question is: Why does it stop graphing? Although the data it shows me is useful, nobody will trust if it spontaneously stops graphing for a few hours/days.

I see this fairly often with my Loss and Latency (OWAMP) tests. These non-functional tests will show up as orange "Unable to retrieve data" boxes on my Perfsonar Dashboard from time to time. I have no idea what causes these checks to stop running, but in almost all cases the non-working checks are between hosts that are experiencing some packet loss between them.
I've always guessed its the packet loss or maybe NTP sync that causes the tests to stop working. The tests will usually fix themselves after a few hours or days, or if I reboot the hosts.

E-Mail to and from me, in connection with the transactionI've noticed strange behavior on our throughput tests at one site. Sometimes, the graph turn unidirectional - ie, one way stops working. Sometimes, both ways will stop working. The times are random. Although the site is verified up by ping and passes traffic, however the throughput graphs vary greatly. (We believe due to issues with this circuit)
I've only seen it do this in this one case. It's almost like it gets angry that the speed varies vastly and gives up.
Has anybody else encountered this? Any ideas greatly appreciated.
