perfsonar-user - [perfsonar-user] Update to 3.4 primary address not found

I've just updated from 3.3.2 to 3.4. However, on the main "Local Services"
page, the following now shows:
Primary Address shows "No External Address Configured"
MTU "Could not retrieve MTU"
In 3.3.2 I had to modify the /opt/perfsonar_ps/toolkit/etc/external_addresses
file, but this file no longer exists. How do I fix this?
