After upgrading (yum update) the XSEDE perfSONARs and rebooting last Friday,
6-June, one direction of OWAMP testing has stopped.  Testing runs for a
while (<30 minutes) after reboot or restart, then stops.

This behavior shows up between the XSEDE pSs:
http://psarch.psc.xsede.org/maddash-webui/
(ps.tacc is not currently running owamp)

but not between testing initiated by ESnet pSs with XSEDE pSs:
http://ps-dashboard.es.net/index.cgi?grid=ESnet%20-%20ESnet%20to%20Large%20Facility%20Packet%20Loss%20Testing
