Wouldn't it be.... um... neighborly if, in exchange for our using other sites for NTP service that we, hosts of perfSonar toolkits, permit these toolkits that we host to become NTP service providers?

It just seems that if we're going to use a community resource we should be willing to provide that service back to the community.
