Here are some good servers located at the NIST Boulder campus: time-a, -b,
-c timefreq.bldrdoc.gov: 132.163.4.101, .102, .103 also the servers in JILA
at the University of Colorado:
utcnist.coloardo.edu 128.138.140.44
