Just a small remark ...
PerfSONAR services tar.gz files have changed in URL:

However, this changed is not reflected in 
perfsonar-bundle-2.0-RC1.tar.gz bundle installer ...
So this rsult in getting ERROR 404  when trying to fetch the package 
during 2.0 RC1 installation.

Is there a way to have perfsonar-bundle-2.0-RC1.tar.gz updated ? (This 
is just for coherence issue...)
(My 2 cents work around is just to edit manually install.pl file and 
correct the package version.)

My advice would be to fetch package using a REGEXP. For example:
perfSONAR-RRD-MA-2.2.tar.gz ==> perfSONAR-RRD-MA- X.Y.tar.gz
JAVA-SSHTELNET-MP-1.1.tar.gz ==> JAVA-SSHTELNET-MP-X.Y.tar.gz
