perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hello Martin and Jason,

Nicolas Sinar pointed us to you as the "masters of the NMWG XML schema".

We are working on a Monitoring Tool for E2E links in the Geant2 JRA3 
WI3. For data exchange we intend to use XML. In order to not reinvent 
the wheel, we want to adjust our XML schema with the general schema used 
in Geant2. We have prepared a short document which describes our needs 
in more detail. We would be happy if you could help us to convert our 
draft schema into something compatible with Geant2 JRA1 / PerfSONAR.
