The best thing to do is to drop the questions straight to Martin Swany 
and Jason Zurawski. Cc-ed and to the perfsonar-user@internet2 mailing list.

The process is under specification (and documentation). Martin Swany is 
working on the overal documentation of the schema.
But basically, if you send him the list of field you need to see 
appearing in a request and the different values they can take, and if 
you do the same for the reply, Martin and Jason can very quickly extend 
the schema by including them to fit into it.

Please let me know how you intend to proceed? And if your questions are 
being properly answered.
