perfsonar development work

Hi All,

I'm happy to tell you that the SVN repository has been successfully migrated 
to GEANT infrastructure as you might have noticed from the few SVN commits 
messages you received on this list.

Basically, it is the SVN repo coming from I2, with full history, with just a 
few directory pruned out as discussed previously.  Here is the list of what 
has been removed so you can check if anything important is not missing.

to contact me and describe the reason you want to have read/write access to 
this repository along with your SSH public key.  I'll then provide you access 
shortly. (we have to go through this to comply with new GEANT policies)

We'll be updating SVN access information on the wiki shortly.
