Hello All,

After a few trials and errors, we're eventually moving part of the SVN 
repository and Bugzilla to GEANT infrastructure.

For this to happen, we need you to not do anymore commits to the repository, 
nor any change to bug reports, starting this Thursday 7th of January.  Jason 
will lock the SVN repository starting on that day just in case.

It will probably take a few more days for the GEANT SVN and Jira to be ready 
for use, I expect those to be online somewhere next week.  I'll keep you 
posted on availability and access rules.
