Hi All,

As most of you probably know, we, GEANT contributors to perfSONAR,
have to migrate content of the SVN repository to GEANT provided SVN
repo. This GEANT repo will still be available for reading to the
world (like current anonsvn pS repo) and to writing to whoever ask for
access (and probably agree to some GEANT rules).

WRT most of the tools developed from GEANT initiative, this is
relatively straightforward. However, for the code or documents where
ownership is shared between GEANT, Internet2 and other contributors,
it is not the case. I think it's best if these parts of the SVN tree
remains under the common, shared, SVN repo at svn.perfsonar.net

I'm now trying to identify these common repository sections. You might
help as I don't have all historic information about that.

I have identified the following directories as being common:
/trunk/functional-testing/
(or do we want to differentiate deeper into this one?)
/trunk/nmwg/

The following ones as to be migrated to GEANT:
/trunk/geant2-java-rrd-ma/
/trunk/geant2-java-sql-ma/
/trunk/geant2-tomcat5.5-runscript/
/trunk/geant2_java-as/
/trunk/geant2_java-sshtelnet-mp/
/trunk/geant2_java-tc-mp/
/trunk/geant2_java-tc-mp-ui/
/trunk/geant2_java-xml-ls/
/trunk/jar-repository/
/trunk/perfsonar-web-admin/
/trunk/perfsonar_base/
/trunk/perfsonar_java-lsclient-api/
/trunk/ps-mdm-flowsa-ma/
/trunk/ps-mdm-flowsub-mp/
/trunk/ps-mdm-lsclient-impl/
/trunk/rrdjtool/
/trunk/surfnet_java-lsclient-api-impl/

The following ones as being unused:
/trunk/perfsonar/
/trunk/perfsonar-bundle/

The RNP owned one:
/trunk/rnp_java-cl-mp/

And those I'm not sure what to do with:
/trunk/packaging/
/trunk/perfsonar-doc/
/trunk/perfsonar_test/

I'm not sure it's useful to migrate SVN tags as they identify previous
versions we'll not touch anyway.

And about branches, I'd like to ask each GEANT contributor to list all
active branch they use at the moment. So we know what to migrate.

Thanks for your comments!
