I think on earlier Fedora releases, it used to be a part of the
yum-priorities package. Maybe it made its way into the main yum
installation now. Sorry to hear it didn't help your problem though. It
certainly did sound like your problem is related to the perfSONAR repo
supplying packages which are in conflict with the Fedora repos.
