Szymon,
I think it is to late to ask people to have completed documented  
responses,
but I do think it would be useful if people thought about the issue  
between
now and then and jotted down a couple notes.

One issue that I would like to understand more about is how this  
information
might be used.  I believe it would be a mistake to require a  
management system
to know about all the detailed information like this from every  
service in order
to manage it.  On the other hand, I think it would be very useful if a
service could accurately report if it was working correctly, and if  
not working,
identify the component with problems.
