Sorry, about that, I added authentication today. The username is 
"perfsonaruser", and the password "perfsonarpass" .
Now for the functionality. I don't think we can provide the full 
functionality that is offered by the standard command line of sql 
(postgres or mysql) or the already existing tools for such database. The 
functionality offered will be creating-editing users, creating-deleting 
databases and tables. Off course security issues could be raised here...
