perfsonar development work

Hi all,

For the conf. call tomorrow, we would like to ask the developers be prepared
with a list of dependencies for the services they are developing. 
Guilherme needs to know what each service depends on, i.e. what software,
etc., because all that needs to be tackled while building the RPMs.
