perfsonar development work

Hi,

all the developers participating to pS3.0 should be attending the conf 
call. That meeting will be more about getting the status and about 
release for perfsonar 3.0.

Later on, there will be a session dedicated on AA for the web-service. 
This session is a technical one. So the MDM perfsonar 3.0 web-services 
developers (java and perl) should be attending it.
