Hi Maxim,

I understand your surprise. We meant to say perl version 6.2 or later. 
Clearly, we forgot to put the later bit.

However, our main purpose with the document is not to review the textual 
content itself but rather to get feedback from various teams on the 
depth provided by the document. (first time we are writing up a spec for 
a product like this). We are quite certain that the technical content 
will be modified/re-written to focus on what will be delivered by 
perfsonar-bundle-3.0 (or whatever it will be called in future).

Hope this addresses your point.
