perfsonar development work

Hi Roman,

I first thought this would have been the problem. So I already tried this
out before sending the question to the mailinglist. In the meantine, I have
created a new directory in the new svn-structure.
https://svn.perfsonar.net/svn/perfsonar/branches/new-structure/trunk/geant2_
java-sshtelnet-mp/.

We'd appreciate it, if you could have a look at it, and see if you could
provide us some hints so that we can rectify the problem detailed below.
