umm..the only change made so far is to rename 
schemas/example-instances/sonar to schemas/example-instances/perfSONAR 
and to create a rrdTypeMA directory underneath it.

I can roll back if this is not welcome at this point in time (It should 
have very minimal effect to be honest). Since changes are in trunk, it 
will affect developers who do not have a STABLE branch for their service 
yet. I think that would be LS and CLMP. I spoke to Guilherme earlier on 
and he was happy to make changes because for him its just one line in an 
ant target.

About the /doc directory, it won't affect anybody as nobody uses it.
