Hi,

If you recently had a look at the schema directory under perfSONAR, you 
might agree with me that it needs re-structuring. I will be 
re-structuring the 'sonar' directory part of it shortly.

The issues that I will fix are:
* rename 'sonar' directory name to 'perfsonar' directory
* move example instances of rrd ma to a dedicated directory called 
'rrdTypeMA'
* update example instances of rrd ma (they are not very accurate at the 
moment)

In future we will probably move individual service directories one level 
up - i.e., put them just under perfSONAR directory. This is to allow 
each service to define (in rnc format) the subset of the entire nmwg 
schemas that it actually implements. Each service directory will have an 
'examples' folder

You will probably need to modify ant targets or any other resources 
which make use of the example-instances directory. These changes will be 
applied only to the trunk. Its ok if you have already branched out for 
the upcoming release as we won't enforce these changes for the upcoming 
bundle release.
