You forgot the most important.  Number assignment and allocation (ASNs
and IP addresses).  :-)

There is also another service ARIN provides, an IRR, today it is not as good and RADB in my opinion. However, ARIN is beginning a major redevelopment of its IRR and will integrate it into ARIN online and only allow entries authorized by the actual resource holders. This change to authorizing the entries should increase routing security over what exists today.
