Hi Brendan,
As Dominic said the SVN trunk has Web10G support, however the latest code release doesn't support Web10G.
You should find README_WEB10G file in the source directory(which is worth reading) and ./configure should report if compatible Web10G libraries have been found.

The microsecond vs nanosecond thing mentioned in that readme most likely also applies to the 3.4 kernel patch.
As it stands NDT won't work with the Web10G userland library packaged with web10g-estats-0.1-3.4.tar.gz from their site.
And I cannot guarantee that the 3.4 kernel is going to work with the newer libraries that NDT requires. However I know that the 3.5 kernel patch works with the newer libraries so I think it's likely that 3.4 will work.
What you'll need to do is download 2.0.6.2 (or 2.0.7) userland from web10g.org. Remove (make uninstall) the userland that you are currently using and install this one (./configure; make install). To test that the newer userland supports the Linux 3.4 kernel patch run the tools provided with the new Web10G userland still work.
If everything seems good you'll want to run ./bootstrap; ./configure; make; to build NDT.
If you are happy to use or want to test with newer Linux kernels I've got 3.5 and 3.8 patched with Web10G as Debian packages shared here for convenience which I've been testing with - https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B-PiO7DvhNkJUDNwcTZjVGtJNmc.
Cheers,
Richard

I have web10g installed into a Debian 3.4.0 kernel. It shows up in dmesg
output and I can modprobe the kernel module.
Now, I can't for the life of me find the web100 or web10g libraries to
complete the install of the software. NDT won't compile.
What are the names of the web100 or web10g libraries so I can see if I have
them. If I don't find them, then I need to know how to acquire them and get
them installed.
I have also compiled and installed userland utilities. These run fine.
Thanks,
