The current top of tree NDT should now support web10g. web10g.org is where you'll find the libraries, and the bootstrap process for NDT should find them.

Hi Brendan,
Web10g is distinct and not interoperable with Web100 and NDT.
On web100.org, the latest kernel patches are "2.5.30 for Linux 2.6.35, released Aug 18, 2010:"
so that route is kind of limited, but you can probably find kernels produced by the perfSONAR developers, in RPM form, specifically for RedHat derivatives.
So if it's NDT you want, you may wish to shift to CENTOS, or similar, or if it's Web10G you want, you will have to look toward work being(?) done for an NDT successor which works with Web10G.
Hopefully PS and Web10G guys can say more.

I have web10g installed into a Debian 3.4.0 kernel. It shows up in dmesg output and I can modprobe the kernel module. Now, I can't for the life of me find the web100 or web10g libraries to complete the install of the software. NDT won't compile. What are the names of the web100 or web10g libraries so I can see if I have them. If I don't find them, then I need to know how to acquire them and get them installed. I have also compiled and installed userland utilities. These run fine. Thanks, Brendan Forsyth
