NDT is available as source code packages and we recommend that you 
configure and install it in this manner:

http://software.internet2.edu/sources/ndt/

We do not release binaries as an official release, but there are 
binaries available on the pS Performance Toolkit:

http://psps.perfsonar.net/toolkit/
