You may want to add a README or something here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/ndt/files/

...that directs users to http://software.internet2.edu/sources/ndt/ (or
wherever is appropriate), or else just include the releases on
sourceforge as well, otherwise it may appear that you haven't released
anything :)
