The student working on the NDT code has found a possible bug in the 
Web100 userland library.  We are reporting it to the Web100 
developers, but until they have a fix we have patched the NDT code to 
try and work around this problem.  I've created a new ISO image with 
this revised NDT server.  You can download it from 
http://people.internet2.edu/~rcarlson/ndt-files/NPtoolkit_v1.8b.iso 
and if this works I'll move this to the regular distribution 
location.  I can also post the NDT source code if that is easier to work with.

Please try this code out and let me know if it fixes your problem.
