What are the minimum requirements for the server box? (especially if it's only to be used in-house...until we get our act together...)

After installing NDT is it possible to use the server as a regular server, I want to install Nessus on the same box..

Also is there a way to reset the stats on the admin page, is it just a case of deleting web100srv.log
