You need to make sure you have the kernel-devel package (kernel sources)
for the kernel that you plan to run, and the correct web100 patch for
the 2.6.13 kernel.
You can use yum to update the system. After you have applied all the
patches, use "rpm -q kernel-devel" to see if the kernel-devel package
is installed. If not, use "yum install kernel-devel" to get the latest
one installed.
The instructions I gave you were for Fedora Core 3. It's possible that the
path to the kernel sources (after you do the rpmbuild) may be slightly
different than what I wrote up (I haven't done this with FC4 yet).
