I've also compiled the server - but this time I used the standard
M-Lab build system to do it, and successfully run tests against the
test server from both the CLI and the Flash client.

The one glaring problem I'm having is that the fakewww binary seems to
have completely disappeared.  Has this thing been renamed or moved, by
chance?
