The NDT readme should have a comment about this.  You need to disable  
interrupt coalescing on the server's
NIC to get good data for the bottleneck link test.

Please follow the above instructions and re-evaluate this bug.

Removing the 'Priority' tag and replacing with a 'Severity' tag.   
Un-assigning QA team as owner of the bug.
