I rolled a new version of the code out on mlab4.nuq01 earlier this  
afternoon.  One thing, you should grab the
latest command line/java client before testing.  The old clients interact  
with the server, but the new clients
have better logging functions and also handle a couple of error conditions.

Note to sekharnv73:

Please include the exact version of the NDT client used for the tests

Removing the 'Priority' tag and replacing with a 'Severity' tag.   
Un-assigning QA team as owner of the bug.
