Yes, you corrupted the signature when serializing the XML. To prove to
yourself you corrupted it, just use Oxygen or something else that can verify
signatures and test it.
We don't debug signature issues for people. You'll have to dig into the code
or use the xmlsec logging of digested octets to determine what changed.
