Our constants tend not to be all in one place, but rather associated
with the class(es) that use them, sometime on a relevant interface,
sometimes split out into separate files.  I double-checked and we don't
have any constants for the subject confirmation method URI's.  I think
we did it that way because the specific methods are not defined within
SAML Core, but rather within the OASIS Profiles document, and we don't
implement profile support anywhere in the opensaml stack.  That's
usually something that higher level code that implements profiles would
do (like the Shibboleth IdP).
