Is there any existing SP using openSAML.  I am developing a web application where I have to use SAML based SSO using web browser SSO profile.

Yes, modulo a huge amount of work. My advice is don't invent your own SP,
use something that exists, and my strong advice is not to embed anything in
your application specific to SAML anyway.
