FYI,

A new patch rev for the Java version is complete and now posted. The changes
in this release:

- Added back Xerces option to disable data normalization so that verifying
signed base64 content will work.

- Corrected a bug in the URI utility class.

- Corrected and improved some of the unit tests and made sure tests run
during builds.

I've updated the web site to reflect a policy of calling these patch
revisions, while leaving the site at 1.1. The Java and C++ versions will be
patched independently if needed, and I'll maintain the site with the latest
patch revision.

Patch revisions like this will *never* break existing source code or change
APIs.
