OpenSAML user discussion

I'm trying to decide whether to use opensaml or create my own method of 
creating/parsing a small subset of saml2.0 based messages. Are there any 
small working demos available that demonstrate the use of opensaml? The 
POSTProfileTest is helpful, but is there a complete working demo?

I don't know but OpenSAML 1.1 isn't even out the door yet so it may be a 
while.

There are only three open-source implementations of SAML 1.1 core that
I know of:

OpenSAML 1.0.1 (Java/C++)

SAMUEL (Java)

OpenSAML and SourceID have previously announced SAML 2.0 toolkits by
Dec 2005 and summer 2005, respectively, but full 2.0 compatibility is
a long way off…
