Seems as though it thinks your compiler command is "c". Not really sure what
I can tell you. Perhaps there are problems with the autoconf support on HP,
or some problem with your configure options.

You should probably grab the 1.0.0 xml-security code, anyway. Doubt it will
help with this, but it's a good idea anyway.
