It's environmental. I had to use DOM3 calls from Xerces, so you have to
endorse the dom3-*.jar files in the lib folder by copying
them into Java's endorsed folder. It's like the old Xalan issue.
I'll post more on this later, I just didn't think anybody would be grabbing
that code yet. I'm still getting my arms around the
issue in my own right, but I have the code running inside Tomcat now, so it's
doable.
