None of the code in cvs head is designed around the last release any more. I 
may or may not have checked in the JUnit tests yet, but
I do have the signing test working.

If you mean something else by examples, I can't say.

So far, I have had to copy the dom3-xmlapis jar into endorsed to compile, and 
have needed to endorse the dom3-xercesImpl and xalan
jars to use it in Tomcat.
