The research world (at least the *networking* research world) is in the 
middle of proposal season, so this has limited my ability to make 
progress.  I was able to identify a couple of more scientists with 
telescopes that are willing to get the survey when I am able to send 
them out.  Did not enter my findings into the spreadsheet yet.

I have not sent out surveys yet because I was waiting for more names to 
come back, but I have probably peaked on the info I can dig up.  I plan 
to send out the surveys in a batch next week.  Our international 
relations team has mailed the survey already to International networking 
partners, but I have not seen any responses thus far.

A travel note for me: I will be on unavailable for the meeting in 2 
weeks, I will send another update when I have more news.
