Jennifer,  KC3 looks great!  i added it to a 15 minute time slot  11:15-11:30.  We have 40 minutes currently set aside to do a SEGP showcase.  I like the idea of a joint KY/MAGPI presentation.  There may even be room to highlight other cool recent SEGP success stories as we discover them.  Should we send a note to the AC list asking for ideas?

Looks great! Thanks for putting that draft together. As a requested follow-up from our meeting last week,  I did invite Jan Zanetis to do a brief presentation on the KC3 project (http://kc3.cilc.org/). She agreed to do something for us. Not sure where you want to plug that presentation in... Also Kentucky has agreed to do somthing for us as well. Tim Sizemore ad Miko Patti will likely not be there in person but Dr. Susan Lancaster, their new Internet2 Applications  Coordinator will be there on-site. We could bring in Tim an/or Miko virtually and MAGPI can co-present on the statewide Kentucky agreement.

I've taken an initial stab at arranging our agenda ideas to date on a timeline and assigning specific on the team to organize each item.

Not all the time slots have been filled and we can change the time allocations as needed.  It feels like I've missed a few good ideas, have a look and feel free to refine what is there and fill in the gaps.

 

Unfortunately, I'm not able to make the meeting tomorrow (conflicting UW commitment this week).  I'll catch up with Randy post-meeting.
