In our initial designs to get Grouper groups into TeamDynamix (from earlier post/inquiry) we have settled on testing out the messaging capabilities of Grouper.  I see that Grouper has included a connector for Apache ActiveMQ as documented here:, but we have already deployed for other purposes Apache’s Kafka platform.  It looks like there is a connector to get ActiveMQ messages into Kafka, but wondering if anyone has ever attempted to write a module for Grouper that directly talks Kafka.  The less moving parts, the better!  I don’t know much beyond the basic concepts of messaging, so open to any opinions on a Grouper->ActiveMQ->Kafka->TDX messaging flow. I welcome any tips or examples!
