Hello Francis,

it seems good for me.

be aware : a lot of new functionalities are not translated in french. It's resulting in some errors in Grouper UI :-/
I can send you my grouper.fr.fr.properties where i translated the new functionalities (it's not the final version, some spelling mistakes remain)

I’ve searched for doc about switching the grouper UI to french (a requirment here), and the thing I got to is those three properties that should be switched to french in the (for now) empty file grouper-ui.properties. Am I missing something or I have everything I need here :
