That’s not implemented yet. I think you can delete whatever you want from that table and its safe, but it wont show up when you are looking at audit records. I would look at what your heavy hitters are in there and concentrate on that stuff, i.e. there might be some old records which are important so it might not be date that is the only thing you look at

During some of the discussions on the use of resources for a production Grouper, the question came up of Audit logs retention. There is at least some desire to prune the Audit logs after a set number of years. I noticed that there was what seemed to be a reference to a configuration option in grouper.properties regarding deleting old entries on page:
https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/Grouper/User+auditingIt was listed in the ToDo section, and I was unable to find an example entry in the grouper.base.properties file. If such an option does not exist, what would be the safe way to perform the action via SQL?
