During some of the discussions on the use of resources for a production Grouper, the question came up of Audit logs retention. There is at least some desire to prune the Audit logs after a set number of years. I noticed that there was what seemed to be a reference to a configuration option in grouper.properties regarding deleting old entries on page:
https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/Grouper/User+auditing
https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/Grouper/User+auditing
It was listed in the ToDo section, and I was unable to find an example entry in the grouper.base.properties file. If such an option does not exist, what would be the safe way to perform the action via SQL?
Thanks
Jeffrey
