You need to point it to the webapp directory (directory with WEB-INF in it 
from the expanded warfile).  Might be in the webapps directory of tomcat, or 
an external dir if you specify that in the tomcat config

I'm trying to upgrade the ui and ws components using the 
installer/upgrader.  However, it can't find my files:

The conf directory contains my grouper-ui.properties file.  What path 
should I be giving to the installer?
