Grouper Users - Open Discussion List

I'm trying to upgrade the ui and ws components using the 
installer/upgrader.  However, it can't find my files:

Where is the grouper UI installed? /private/grouper-mysql/ui
Cant find Grouper UI properties files or libs, looked in the directory, 
/classes/ , /conf/ , /WEB-INF/classes/ , /lib/ , /WEB-INF/lib/ , 
/lib/grouper/ , /dist/lib/

I'm not sure what it's looking for, but here is that directory:

The conf directory contains my grouper-ui.properties file.  What path 
should I be giving to the installer?
